               All of our quilt patterns are "batt tested and quilter approved".  This
               means that these patterns have been taught to quilters just like you 
               in workshops with successful results.

Batt Skill Level
         Easy pattern, suitable for beginners.
         A  little  more challenging with  more matching 
         and perhaps an additional technique, such as 
         applique or partial seaming. 
         These  patterns are a little  tougher, with set-in
         seams or a  number of  points meeting (prefer-
         ably with each other in the same place!).

43" x 60" Wall Hanging or Crib Quilt

       "Bon Voyage  to Gwen"  was  the  last  class 
       Gwen Schultz  took  from  me before moving 
       to North  Dakota  for  a  much  anticipated re- 
       tirement.   She won a $75 gift certificate in a
       local  judged  event for her superb workman- 
       ship.     Never one to go strictly "by the rules", 
       Gwen's version was queen size!  Order it

40" Square Wall Hanging

       My  friend  Pat  Palmer is  the  resident "color 
       whiz"  at  a  shop  in  Santa  Clarita,  Califoria. 
       Each month she concocts a delicious packet 
       of   coordinated   fat   quarters   for   all  of  us 
       addicts out  there.   I had planned to duplicate
       one of  my prior  designs with  this group,  but 
       the  piece  took  on  a life of its own!  Order it

40" Square Wall Hanging

       Garden Retreat was designed for a weekend 
       retreat   held   in  Tehachapi,  California,  with 
       the  Antelope Valley  Quilt  Association.   The 
       center is  a  little  tricky  but  worth   the  effort!

34" x 25" Wall Hanging

      "Hanukkiah"  can  be  quickly  and  easily  cut 
      using  standard  rotary  equipment.   Children
      especially  enjoy  this  quilt  because they can 
      participate in  "lighting"  the menorah  by add-

Let's Have A Picnic!
18" x 60" Table Runner
with 12" x 18" Placemats
       Table runner has a  watermelon block  in the 
       center  and  pockets  at  each end, front and 
       back.  Front pockets hold the silverware and
       napkins, while back pockets hold weights to
       keep runner from  blowing  in the wind.  This 
       quilt can easily be cut using standard  rotary 
       equipment and  a  45  degree kaleidoscope
