          There are 2 ways to purchase patterns. Please
          print this form, follow the ordering instructions
          below and keep this as a copy of your order.

PayPal.com - This is a free service that's very simple to use if
you prefer to purchase patterns using a credit card.

Here's how to order patterns using PayPal:

     1. Choose the Patterns you want to order on the Order Form below.
     2. Note the "Order Total" amount, then Click the "Submit Order" button.
     3. Sign up or login to your PayPal account.

     4. Click the "Email Money" tab.
     5. Enter battlady@battsintheattic.com
     6. Enter the "Order Total" dollar amount. That's it!

     Normal Ordering -   Please complete the form below with all infor-
